• We accept refund and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• To start a refund or exchange, please contact us at helpme@thisgaytee.com or call (888) 771-7347 with your order number and details.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

• If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us if needed.

• Need a different size, color, or design? No problem! Reach out within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

• We’ll send you instructions for returning your original item. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or help you choose another item you’ll love.
